Giftware Merchandiser
Job Summary
The Giftware Merchandiser is responsible for the merchandising of everyday and seasonal giftware and décor. The merchandiser will design and set up attractive, unique displays that are appealing to customers in the giftware department(s).
Responsibilities
- Keep giftware department merchandised using colors, themes and seasons to make attractive displays
- Keep giftware department clean, organized and fresh for customers to enjoy
- Keep overstock organized
- Complete inventory checks
- Count and pack away inventory when necessary
- Transfer giftware product between stores to promote proper inventory control between locations
- Communicate with social media department to ensure proper promotion of product
Qualifications
- Previous merchandising experience an asset
- Retail experience required
